A plate of salmon, lentils and asparagus stamped ON PLAN, with protein, legume and vegetable checked off

Your whole job

Three moves. That’s it.

No meal plan to follow, nothing to count. A photo, a minute of squats, and a list for your day off.

  1. 01Snap

Snap the plate before the first bite.

Claude reads it while you watch: protein, beans, vegetables, each one checked off. The verdict lands on your plate with one trick to make it better and the minute your squats are due. All pasta? Put it on your cheat-day list instead.

  2. 02Squat

    30 squats, 40 minutes later.

That's when a meal's sugar peaks, and your thighs pull it in with no insulin needed. Your phone calls you for it: a nudge, a buzz, then an alarm. Tap Squat with me and it counts you to 30. About a minute, anywhere.

  3. 03Splurge

One day a week, it's all yours.

Crave something? Snap it. It goes on your list with a countdown, and waiting gets easy. On your cheat day the whole app turns pink, the list unlocks, and every craving on it is yours.

Easy wins

Watch it work, every day.

The streak
One plate with its squats keeps it alive. The flame lights, the count rolls up, a chime.
The trend
Your weight as a line that skips the two days after cheat day. You see fat coming off, not water coming and going.
The tape
Your waist once a week, for the mornings the scale is stubborn.
Day 30
Your reason read back to you, the pounds, the inches, and your before and after side by side.
The moment after a set: the flame and the streak rolling up
Progress: the weight trend falling toward the goal

The whole plan

It fits on an index card.

Three rules keep insulin low, and insulin is the hormone that stores fat. The fourth makes the other three easy.

Four rules

  1. Protein, beans, vegetablesHalf the plate vegetables, a palm or two of protein, a big scoop of beans. Seconds are welcome.
  2. Starch and sugar waitBread, rice, pasta, potatoes, sweets, fruit: they're for cheat day.
  3. Drink zero caloriesWater, sparkling water, coffee, tea.
  4. One cheat day a weekEat what's on your list.

The playbook

30 small moves for when you want more.

Each one is an index card: the dose in big type, the steps, and why it works. Where a move leans on research, the card names the study.

Private by design

Your plates stay yours.

  • No account. Nothing to sign up for, no password to forget.
  • No ads, no trackers. Your journal lives on your phone, not on a server.
  • Photos stay put. With your Claude key, a smaller copy of a plate, craving, or menu photo goes to Claude to be read, without its location. Body photos never leave the phone.

Questions

Good questions.

Do I count calories?

No. Fill the plate with protein, beans, and vegetables until you're satisfied. Nothing gets weighed, logged in grams, or added up.

Will I be hungry?

Not on these plates. Protein and beans keep you full for hours, and seconds are welcome.

What counts as starch?

If it's made from grain or potato, it waits for cheat day: bread, rice, noodles, cereal, oats, crackers, chips, fries. Beans and lentils are the exception, and the point.

Do I need a gym?

No. Squats after meals take a minute, anywhere. Two strength sessions a week at home are extra credit.

Does it work without meat?

Yes. Eggs, tofu, tempeh, lentils, and beans carry it. Build the same plate with those as the protein.

Do I need a Claude key?

No. Without one, you tap the verdict yourself. Add your own Anthropic API key and Claude reads each plate, names your cravings, and picks your order from a menu. You pay Anthropic directly, about a cent or two a photo.

What happens after Day 30?

Keep going. Your log, streak, and trend carry on. Start a new 30 days whenever you want a fresh goal.
